Queen of Hearts in Zombieland

Well she is finally here. I have had this doll in my head since back to season 5 of Face-Off when they had to do Alice in Zombieland, and I had this idea for the Queen of Hearts where she would be holding her own heart.

This is the first time I have ever sculpted an entire piece with no parts created off her and then added, and no part baking. Just one entire sculpt from start to finish then bake. And I have really enjoyed working this way so far.

She still has a lot to do to finish her, like detail in her dead rabbit, finishing her hands and all the fun smoothing that needs to be done. She will have a wash of lovely zombie green before she is cooked, and then after she will have some TLS stringy bits added to give her a lovely gory look. She will also have her eyes glazed out.

And then its on to the airbrushing and detail paint work on all her clothing, hair shoes and the oh so many wounds she has. Should be fun so stay tuned! 🙂
